This past Saturday we kicked off the 2024 Silo Cup Tournament with a field of 32 teams. This is a season long tournament with the Finals culminating in the month of September. Congratulations to those teams that advanced to the Sweet Sixteen! The Sweet Sixteen round must be completed by June 30th. Please, let the Pro Shop know when you play your Sweet Sixteen match so we can update the bracket.

FYI, sign-ups for the Two-Man Championship, the spring One Day Member-Guest, and a brand new event the Couples Championship are now open! Additional details are offered below.
Mondays / Course Schedule
Starting next Monday, May 13th the range will open at 11:00am and tee times will start at 12:00pm.
Wednesday Night Men's League
The Wednesday night Men's League is in full swing. It is a two-man team format playing against a different team every week. Please, arrive 20 minutes before tee-off for your weekly pairings. It is a points based league season that will be split into two halves. The first half will run from April to June and the second half will go from August to October with the points standings resetting at the start of the second half. Please see the updated standings from Week 2 below.
This week the league will be playing on the Front 9 of the course.
Women's 18-Hole Golf Association Results
On April 25, 2024, Silo Point women were able to play their first tournament of the season. It was a Blind Partner format and the winners were: Lesley Davis & Kandi Skowronski with a net 66 and tied for second place were Joyce Curran & Beth Debruin and Maria Bunzl & Pat Llodra with a net 71. We encourage and welcome all Silo Point women to join our golf league and play a tournament on Thursday and social games other days of the week.

On Thursday, May 2nd’s Nassau tournament, Debby Tender dominated the field winning the front (35), scoring (40) on the back and an overall (75). The back (39) was split between Sue Desanto and Beth Debruin. Debby was awarded 6 points and Sue and Beth 1 1/2 points each.

Couples Championship
We are excited to announce a brand new event this year, The Couples Championship! This is open to all club couples. The format this year will be a Chapman Format, players will pick which tees they will hit from. We will award prizes to both Gross & Net Winners. Do you have what it takes to become our Inaugural Couples Champions?! Tee times will start at 10AM. The deadline to register for this brand new event is Friday, May 31st.
