We hope everyone had a safe and happy Thanksgiving holiday! We have come to the end of the year, and with that we are pleased to share with you some very exciting announcements for the 2025 season. There is a lot of information to cover, please take your time to review.
2025 Membership Auto-Renewal & 5% Off Discount
We are looking forward to welcoming back everyone for the 2025 season! Please review the Member Policies outlined in the 2025 Brochure. As a reminder, all memberships are automatically renewed.
For Members who would like to take advantage of the Pay-In-Full Discount: For Full, Rising, and Weekday Membership Dues paid in full by cash/check prior to December 22, 2025, a 5% dues discount will be applied. *If you mail a check, please email membership@silopointcc.com and let us know to expect your payment.
Members who do not elect to pay in full will be enrolled in the Installment Plan: Full, Rising, and Weekday Membership Dues are billed in six equal installments January-June 2025 beginning on January 2, 2025.
**New member/referral credits for memberships enrolled under our prior promotions will be issued in the form of a statement credit in June 2025. These credits will not be reflected on your January statement. All accounts must be current and in good standing from January-June to receive the credit next summer. These credits may be used on anything at the club (carts, guest fees, tournaments, food and beverage, pro shop merchandise, etc.). We will send a reminder next June that these credits will appear automatically on your account, and will be reflected on your statement.

Member Billing
All outstanding member account balances must be settled no later than December 22 to avoid late fees. This will allow more seamless billing for 2025 dues. You may access the member billing portal on the app, or by clicking here.
Welcoming Craig McCabe, Regional Membership Director
We are excited to announce Craig McCabe has joined our squad as Regional Membership Manager. As a new resource for our Members, Craig will oversee membership sales, relations, and billing for both Silo Point and Blackhawk Country Club. He arrives after four years at Waterbury Country Club in a similar role and brings an energetic, member-first mindset that fits perfectly as we launch our next round of capital projects at both clubs. Craig will split time at each club but your membership payments can continue to be made online or in the golf shop.

Course Schedule
Starting December 1, all tee times will begin at 9:00AM. Please be mindful of frost delays, which will be notified via the Mobile App. Any frost delays will result in tee times being pushed back, and not the cancellation of times during the frost. As always please call the golf shop with any questions.
We will continue to monitor the weather to determine the closing of the golf course and driving range for the 2024 season.
Golf Shop Hours December 9-22 will be as follows:
Monday: Closed
Tuesday: 9:00am - 3:00pm
Wednesday: 9:00am - 3:00pm
Thursday: 9:00am - 3:00pm
Friday: 9:00am - 3:00pm
Saturday: 10:00am - 3:00pm
Sunday: 10:00am - 3:00pm
All Active Members are encouraged to take advantage of their Reciprocal Benefits throughout the off-season during which our public courses may be open for play as weather allows! Please remember to CALL The Golf Club at Oxford Greens/Tunxis Country Club and speak directly with the Golf Shop to reserve your tee time under a reciprocal rate.
Reminder To Use Your Golf Shop Credit
Friendly reminder: all golf shop credit will expire when we close shop at the end of the year. Please visit and buy something your heart desires before it expires on December 22!
Lockers & Club/Cart Storage
If you currently have a locker but do not need a locker for 2025, please remove your belongings and return your key by Sunday, December 8th to avoid being billed for 2025.
If you would like your Golf Bag or Push Cart for the winter months, please remove during shop hours until Sunday, December 22nd.
Employee Holiday Fund
We are accepting contributions for the Annual Employee Holiday Fund. If you wish to contribute, please donate in the Golf Shop no later than Sunday, December 15th in time for year-end paychecks. We kindly ask that all contributions are made by cash or check made out to "Silo Point Country Club."
